Assay procedure:
Step 1: After the test card is restored to room temperature, please open the aluminum foil bag and take out the test card.
Step 2: Please do not eat, drink, smoke or chew anything before testing for 30 minutes, and rinse the mouth before testing.
Step 3: Please cough deeply to transfer saliva from deep throat and enrich the saliva in mouth.
Step 4: Please take off the cover and put the pad into oral cavity.
Step 5: Please let the pad fully immersing in the saliva and wait for 2 minutes to ensure saliva reaching the testing window.
Step 6: Please take out the kit and cover it. Read the result between 15-30 minutes.
Step 7: Please rinse the mouth immediately after using the test kit.
Or split enough saliva into a cup, and immerse the pad into the saliva for 2 minutes instead of Step 4 &5.
